Today I am taking the first step into the BIODIESEL world and creating this blog and organization, BionicBio to serve as a place where an average guy, me, shars his experience of converting to a biodiesel lifestyle.
My mission is to explore the inconveninces, conveninces, highs and lows of adopting a biodiesel lifestyle.
Why this? I am all for alternative fuel, energys, and the sustainable existence of our world and environment and the evolution of crude internal combustion technology. My goal is to create a work that truly gets to the roots of what we need: Average Americans exploring the Biodiesel alternative. BD's success is dependant upon people like me and you adopting this technology and incorporating it into our daily lives.
Easy? Who knows... Convenient? Probably not... Worth it? Every expeience is an opportunity for change and growth. This journey is as much about my own personal growth as the support and analysis of America's most accessible alternative fuel technology.
I can tell you I have no background in BD. I know some people who are into it, but they don't have cars... so that doesn't really help the marketability of it.
Well, on this I'll end my initial foray into the BIO DIESEL lifestyle which is starting this blog and registering BionicBio.com and, of course, .org.

- BioDiesel on the track (yes, I absolutely plan on doing track days in my BioDiesel... VW TDI wanted!!) This is the ultimae test... can you have fun, and find that pure driving enjoyment on BioD!
- Raise Money, Raise Awareness- I will be cooking up all sorts of BioSchwag and building a meager online store to fund the effort! I've already found the organic screen print shop... right here in Berkeley, CA.
